Margo Eastwood

Artist, designer and renovation contributor

Margo Eastwood is an artist, interior designer, painter and decorator whose contribution to Ready, Aim, Succeed! reflects her enthusiasm for renovating homes. Her chapter describes working alongside her husband, John Eastwood, a home and kitchen builder.

The personal story includes a period when illness changed the family's working life and an opportunity to make a neglected house liveable. Later involvement in a community building project reinforced the importance of cooperation and practical support.

Home Renovation Imagination, Passion & Action connects those experiences with the decisions involved in designing a space for the people who will use it. Margo discusses purpose, layout, lighting and the relationship between an idea and the work needed to realize it.

Her biography describes renovation projects in New South Wales and Queensland through Innovate & Renovate Specialists, alongside design education and a store associated with Design Life Décor. The contribution introduces the mix of creativity, hands-on experience and family partnership behind her work.
